1 x 1 package VG Gourmet Ginger Sesame Tofu Creations
1 x Red Pepper, sliced thinly
5 x Medium Zucchinis
2 x Tbsp. Peanut Butter
Defrost bag of Tofu Creations as directed.
2. Carefully remove the tofu cubes from the sauce in your package and place in a hot skillet over medium high heat (you can add a tsp. of oil here if desired). Cook for 3 minutes to brown. Save sauce for later.
Spiralize your zucchinis using a spiralizer or vegetable peeler.
Add the zucchini and peppers to the tofu and cook for 5 minutes.
Place the peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to melt (this step is optional, but it makes it easier to combine with the sauce).
Add the peanut butter to your skillet with the remaining sauce from your package that you had set aside in step 2. Toss well and serve!
