Taco Stuffed Spaghetti Squash

How great is spaghetti squash? This is an easy and delicious recipe to stuff a spaghetti squash using VG Gourmet's Taco and Chili Crumble. You can serve with some sliced avocados and vegan sour cream.


  • 2 x Spaghetti Squash
  • 1 x Pack VG Gourmet Taco and Chili Crumble
  • 1 x Can Black Beans
  • 1 x Cup Crushed Tomatoes


  1. Cut spaghetti squash in half and place on a parchment lined baking sheet, cut side down. Bake at 400 F for 45 minutes. .
  2. Empty contents of VG Gourmet Taco and Chili Crumble into a pan over medium heat. Add black beans and tomatoes and sauté until hot (about 5 minutes)
  3. Place mixture in cavity of squash and serve!
