A fun multi-cultural meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 x Package Vegetarian Gourmet Greek Gyro Tofu Creations™
  • 1 x Onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1 x Red Pepper, sliced
  • 1 x Parathas or Naan breads

Directions

  1. Defrost Package of Tofu Creations as directed.
  2. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the onions and peppers. Pour entire contents of the package over your veggies and toss well, making sure the sauce coats all the veggies.
  3. Place in a preheated oven at 425 F. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. To serve, place a large scoop in each paratha and enjoy!
