Preparation Instructions:
Microwave:
Place contents in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Stove:
Place contents in a skillet over medium heat with a tsp. of oil. Sauté for about 2 minutes until warm. You can also add some veggies to the skillet as you sauté.
Conventional Oven or Toaster Oven:
Place contents in an uncovered baking dish. Bake at 375 for 5-6 minutes.
