This soy free burger combines the creaminess of fresh eggplant with the richness of tahini! All enhanced with fresh parsley, hearty lentils and white beans, these burgers are a true gourmet experience!

Ingredients: Green Lentils, Fresh Onions, Fresh Eggplant, Gluten Free Oats, Fresh Carrots, Flax Seeds, White Beans, Fresh Parsley, Potato Starch, Non-GMO Canola Oil, White Vinegar, Ground Sesame Seeds, Pure Organic Lemon Juice, Black Strap Molasses, Fresh Garlic, Sea Salt, Fresh Jalapeno, Sesame Oil, Black Pepper. Cooking instructions:

Burgers are fully cooked, just heat up and enjoy! Cook from frozen.

Stove-top (preferred method): 3-4 minutes per side on a lightly-oiled pre-heated skillet over medium heat.

Barbecue: 3-4 minutes per side on a lightly-oiled pre-heated grill over medium heat.

Conventional / Toaster oven: Place on lightly-oiled parchment-lined baking sheet in a pre-heated oven at 375 F for 10 minutes.
