Perfectly spiced little kebabs to add to a pita bread with lots of hummus and veggies, or use them to top up your basmati rice! Made using our chef’s incredible combination of freshly ground Middle-Eastern spices!
Ingredients: Organic textured soy protein, Organic green lentils, potato starch, sunflower oil, flax seeds, organic fresh onions, organic chopped tomatoes, gluten-free non-GMO tamari, coriander seeds, allspice, sea salt, fennel seeds, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, paprika.
9 g Plant-Based Protein / serving
Spray with oil and place in a preheated air fryer for 8 minutes at 360, shaking and spraying again with oil once halfway through.
Place contents in a skillet over medium high at with a tsp. of oil. Cook for about 6 minutes, carefully turning over the kebabs half way through cooking.
Conventional Oven or Toaster Oven:
Place kebabs on a parchment lined baking sheet with a drizzle of oil. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
Place frozen kebabs on a lightly oiled BBQ over medium heat. Cook for 3 minutes per side.
