Ingredients: Brown lentils, fresh red beets, fresh onions, apple cider vinegar, pure organic lemon juice, ground flax seeds, potato starch, fresh garlic, nutritional yeast, sea salt, black peppercorns, fennel seeds, oregano. Contains: Soy.

Beetballs are fully cooked, just heat up and enjoy! Cook from frozen.
Stove-top (preferred method): From frozen, cook for 5 minutes in a lightly-oiled preheated skillet over medium heat. Stir occasionally to make sure all sides get browned!
Conventional / Toaster oven: Place frozen Beetballs on a lightly oiled parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375F for 8-10 minutes, tossing halfway.
Microwave oven: Tear open top of pouch and place standing upright in microwave for 2-3 minutes.
