Ingredients: Organic non-GMO Tofu (Water, non-GMO Soybeans, naturally derived magnesium chloride), Coconut, Rice Vinegar,  Fresh Ginger, Fresh Lemongrass, Non-GMO Canola Oil, Fresh Garlic, Non-GMO Gluten Free Tamari (water, organic soybeans, salt, Alcohol),  Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Salt, Fresh Thai Chili, Fresh Kefir Lime Leaves, Black Peppercorns.

Individuals with allergies: This product is made in a fully vegan and gluten free facility that processes other products containing tree nuts and seeds.


Preparation instructions:

Defrost first! Place frozen pouch in the fridge 8-10 hours before using (you can leave the unopened pouch in the fridge for up to 1 week). Or defrost by soaking pouch in very hot water for 30 minutes.

Stove Top:  For crispy tofu, separate cubes from sauce. Stir-fry the tofu cubes in a skillet with a little oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes until crispy. Add your favourite veggies, and sauté until almost cooked. 1 minute before removing from heat add the sauce and toss well.

Oven, conventional or toaster: Roughly chop your favorite vegetables and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Pour the entire contents of the pouch (including sauce) over your vegetables and toss well. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 420OF for 20 minutes, tossing once halfway through cooking.

Grill, indoor or barbecue:  Roughly chop your favorite vegetables and place in a large bowl. Pour entire contents of pouch over your vegetables. Toss well and skewer. Place skewers on a pre-heated grill for 2 minutes per side, using the remaining sauce to baste the skewers during cooking. You can also heat remaining sauce and serve for dipping.
