A delicious medley of roasted fresh veggies & lentils, ready to eat in tacos, salads and chili!
Ingredients: Lentils, fresh carrots, fresh onions, quinoa, chickpeas, adzuki beans, fresh mushrooms, fresh zucchini, sunflower oil, fresh garlic, fresh jalapeno, cumin seeds, vinegar, coriander seeds, sea salt, black strap molasses, black peppercorns.
Individuals with allergies: This product is made in a fully vegan and gluten free kitchen that also processes products with Sesame, Soy and Tree Nuts.
Defrost first! Soak in very hot water for 10 minutes. Or defrost by placing pouch in the fridge 4 hours before using (you can leave the unopened pouch in the fridge for up to 1 week).
Stove Top (preferred method): In a hot skillet with a little oil, cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
With Spaghetti or Chili: pour taco crumble in your favourite tomato sauce or chili, bring to boil, then cover and reduce heat to medium, and let cook for 4-5 minutes.
Oven, conventional or toaster: Pour onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375OF for 8-10 minutes, toss halfway through cooking.
