Thai Coconut Tofu with Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 x Package Vegetarian Gourmet Thai Coconut Tofu Creations™
  • 1 x Bunch Fresh Asparagus
  • 2 x Cups Cooked Vermicelli Noodles

Directions

  1. Defrost Package of Tofu Creations as directed.
  2. Tear open the package and in a bowl, carefully pour most of the sauce out of the package and set aside.
  3. Pour tofu out from packet into a heated skillet. Sauté on medium high for 2 minutes.
  4. Add fresh asparagus and toss. Cook for 2 minutes more.
  5. Now add the sauce that you had set aside. Cook for 30 seconds.
  6. Serve over the noodles.
