Taco & Chili Crumble Lettuce Cups

This is a perfect easy dinner without all the carbs! Try a packages of VG Gourmet Taco & Chili Crumble in fresh lettuce leaves! It's already got all the seasoning, so you just heat up and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 x 1 Package VG Taco & Chili Crumble
  • 8 x 8 Leaves Boston Lettuce
  • 1 x 1 Tsp. Oil
  • 1 x Avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1 x Cup Vegan Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Defrost package of Taco & Chili Crumble, as directed. In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tsp of oil with the contents of the package of VG Taco & Chili Crumble. Sauté for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Place a large scoop of the Taco Crumble in each lettuce leaf. Top with a few avocado slices and a drizzle of the vegan sour cream.
  3. Optional ways to decorate: you can add thinly sliced radishes, cubes of fresh mango, lime wedges, diced red onions and / or sprigs of fresh cilantro............................................................................................. Photo by: Odile Joly-Petit
