Chickpea Burger in a vegan crepe with and lettuce all drizzled with tahini sauce! Breakfast, lunch or dinner…this is a great one!

Ingredients

  • 1 x VG Gourmet Quinoa Chickpea Artisan Vegan Burger
  • 1 x 1 Vegan Crepe (Store bought or homemade)
  • 4 x Cherry Tomatoes, halved Lettuce of choice
  • 2 x Tbsp. Tahini Sauce (Mix together, 1 Tbsp. Tahini 1 Tbsp. Water Juice of ½ Lemon

Directions

  1. Heat the VG Gourmet Quinoa Chickpea Burger as directed.
  2. To assemble: Place cooked VG Quinoa Chickpea burger in the crepe, with the cherry tomatoes and lettuce. Fold to close. Drizzle with the Tahini sauce and enjoy!
