- 1 x Package VG Gourmet Taco & Chili Crumble
- 5 x Medium Cooked Potatoes
- 2 x Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 x Tsp. each Salt & Pepper
- Defrost package of VG Gourmet Taco & Chili Crumble as directed. Pour contents on the bottom of an oven safe baking dish and try to spread out evenly.
- To make the mashed potato topping: peel the potatoes and mash with a fork. Add the olive oil and salt and pepper.
Place mashed potatoes in a layer above the taco crumble.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375 for 25 minutes.
