Ingredients

  • 1 x Package VG Gourmet Ginger Sesame Tofu Creations
  • 1 x Head Broccoli
  • 1 x Red Pepper
  • 2 x Cups cooked Spaghetti
  • 2 x Scallions

Directions

  1. Defrost bag of Tofu Creations as directed.
  2. Using a slotted spoon carefully remove the tofu cubes from the sauce in your package and place them in a skillet over medium high heat. Cook for 3 minutes to brown.
  3. Add the broccoli and peppers to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Add the noodles and all the sauce from your packet of Tofu Creations and mix well.
  5. Top with scallions and enjoy!
