Greek Tofu Nuggets with Roasted Broccoli

A fun tofu nugget meal! Here the sauce is used to coat the tofu and bonus* you have extra sauce to use to flavour up some roasted broccoli!

Ingredients

  • 1 x Package VG Greek Gyro Tofu Creations
  • 1 x Head Broccoli
  • 1 x Cup Flour
  • 1 x Cup Panko Bread Crumbs

Directions

  1. Defrost package of Greek Gyro Tofu Creations as directed on the package.
  2. Pour contents of package into a large bowl. Using a slotted spoon, remove tofu cubes from sauce.
  3. Dip tofu cubes into flour to coat, then into sauce and then breadcrumbs. Repeat with all the cubes.
  4. Place coated cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Toss broccoli in remaining sauce. Place on a second baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes, tossing once halfway.
