Nothing like a big Greek Gyro sandwich! With our tofu creations this is possible with no effort whatsoever!

Ingredients

  • 1 x Package VG Gourmet Greek Gyro Tofu Creations
  • 2 x Medium Tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 x Leaves Lettuce of your choice
  • 3 x Naan Style Pita Bread

Directions

  1. Defrost package of Tofu Creations as directed.
  2. Use a slotted spoon to take the tofu cubes out of the sauce and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Save sauce for later!
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 425 F for 20 minutes.
  4. To assemble: Place 2 leaves of lettuce on each naan bread, top with a large scoop of the heated tofu cubes and some tomato slices. Drizzle the whole sandwich with the sauce that you reserved from the bag of Tofu Creations!
