Use a slotted spoon to take the tofu cubes out of the sauce and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Save sauce for later!
Bake in a preheated oven at 425 F for 20 minutes.
To assemble: Place 2 leaves of lettuce on each naan bread, top with a large scoop of the heated tofu cubes and some tomato slices. Drizzle the whole sandwich with the sauce that you reserved from the bag of Tofu Creations!
