Heat the VG Gourmet Lentil Walnut Burger as directed.
To prepare the crispy shiitake mushrooms: place the oil in a skillet over medium high heat and add in the fresh shiitake mushrooms. Sauté for about 5 minutes until slightly crispy.
To assemble, place the VG Gourmet Lentil Walnut Burger on the naan bread and top with a large dollop of the turmeric aioli and your crispy shiitake mushrooms. Add a couple of tomato slices and a few sprigs of fresh mint if desired.
