Stove Top (preferred method): From frozen – 8 minutes in a lightly-oiled preheated skillet over medium heat. Stir occasionally to make sure all sides get browned!
Oven, conventional or toaster: Place frozen Beet Balls on a lightly oiled parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375OF for 8-10 minutes, toss halfway through cooking.
